f I could give Alex Jaffe and his team a "superlative superior" rating, I would. Alex helped me refinance my home. We prepared for a few months to ensure that I would be positioned in the best possible way to get the most from a refinance. Alex put my needs first. He was comprehensive in his instructions and guidance, which helped me tremendously because this sort of thing is not my strong suit and I don't understand a lot of the terminology related to home finance. He got me an extremely low interest rate, and his team worked tirelessly to save me money in fees and to ensure that my transaction was completed in the most efficient and cost-effective way. They cared. They worked to make sure that they hit deadlines so I would pay the least possible in fees. I cannot say enough great things about Alex and his team.
