They didn't take my work lifestyle into account, felt I was being spoken to like a child. I didn't need massive weight loss just 20 pounds but got tired of the way some of the staff lectured me. I'm a business executive and understand what I needed to do and thought the portion control would held me eat at regular intervals. It did but the consultants made me frustrated.
