Screen door was installed with a bulge that allowed water to enter into the door when it rained. When the issue was pointed out to the installer he just wanted me to sign the paperwork that the work had been completed which I refused to do. Repeated calls and face to face interaction with Home Depot never resolved the problem. Not pleased with the customer service at this Home Depot or the installers they use.
