Rescheduled several times, then late. Arrived and immediately tried to up-sell a mold remediation package for almost $400 in addition to the coupon I had purchased for vent cleaning. Registers were not re-installed properly, and several were not re-installed at all. When I tried to re-install them later, there was damage so one cannot be put back in place. Another was installed so that the register could not be opened. The crew seemed incompetent and did not work well together. Also left black marks on the wall, and sloppily installed registers. I was glad to get them out of the house.

Used a coupon for a cleaning and scheduled the appointment but didn't get the cleaning and did get an extended pitch for mold treatment. The guy would not stop talking as he did various things "at no charge!" that were not cleaning out the ducts. He made me sign a dire "I refused the treatment he pushed and accept that my family will suffer terribly as a result" waiver before he'd leave.
