Used B&S to get new quartz countertops and to redo part of the backsplash of my kitchen. The designer at one point didn't respond to my texts & emails. I had to complain..I asked to speak to the manager of the department...who never called me back and I had to speak to the lead coordinator. I had a negative interaction with a toxic employee who said it wasn't his job to hook up the dishwasher and cooktop...even though I was told he would. I assume the lead coordinator made the decision to use an outside company named Andonian to do the tile work. There were some mistakes made and the worker had to come back plus dumped clumps of tile adhesive on my yard. I wanted someone else to come but the same person came back..had an attitude and told me he was the expert..The designer told him to put a tarp down to avoid making a mess outside...he ignored her. I felt Andonian was disrespectful...I am the homeowner and paying them to be there. I sent a note to the owner about this behavior..no response back. Project got delayed over 1 month. Overall a negative experience with the kitchen department. There was a delay for the appliances from the manufacturer. Overall I don't recommend B&S. They have alot of BBB complaints too..I should not have used them
