Mr. Kim, the instructor, was helpful during the few sessions I had with him, but unreliable when I asked for more sessions, and yesterday he failed to appear and did not call. When I called the phone number, the gentleman who answered blamed his disappearance on the weather and I asked, What weather?. The weather was fine yesterday. I asked for my money back. I willl never ask them for help again.
