Shopping for an engagement ring with James Allen was a smooth experience. I found a beautiful diamond and selected a beautiful setting both by using JA’s easy to navigate web site! I was able to get a much nicer diamond for the price than would have been possible at a jewelry shore. The JA website has tools that allow you to examine each specific in great detail at high magnification. Additionally there are gemologists who will go over the features of the stone on the phone to answer your questions and explain how a particular stone has been graded. Another nice service for our area is the JA store in Georgetown, this allows you to get in person advice and, if needed, ring size measurements on the spot (this helped us a great deal!). Everyone we desktop with throughout this process, both online and in person, was very helpful, professional and friendly. I highly recommend this as the ONLY way to make an important purchase like this!
