Went to their showroom and selected what we wanted. Sales lady came out and took measurements, etc. when the product finally arrived, it was past the deadline we had given them due to a party that was previously scheduled and they had more than enough time to produce the product. Their installer came and saw what the problem was and took the cabinets back. They corrected the problem and the installer came back and installed the cabinets. I would use the company again, but not the sales lady we dealt with.
