My property insurance company, USAA, hired Paul Davis Restoration in 2018 to identify the source of a DR ceiling leak, repair it and restore the DR ceiling plaster and paint it. The leak was not properly identified, and recurred one year later. Paul Davis Restoration took several messages from me asking for warranty support to repair the recurring problem, but over the course of two weeks my calls were never returned. I had to escalate the warranty support via USAA. The same project manager came out to my house and told me I was "Very difficult to talk to.". Perhaps because he did not like what he was hearing. I had three other roofers come out independently and the consensus was the Paul Davis should honor the warranty because they did not identify the source of the original leak, and the repairs they did were substandard. I ended up hiring another contractor to repair the exterior source of the leak, restore the plaster in the DR ceiling and paint it. The Paul Davis project mgr never came back out to follow up. Very unimpressed with them.
