We purchased replacement windows from Rockville Windows and Doors for our entire house several years ago which included a lifetime warranty. The manufacturer eventually went bankrupt, so after a couple of warranty repairs, we were advised that we would have to pay out of pocket for repairs, which we did on at least two occasions. The windows continued to fail - gaskets falling down, mold build-up between panes, etc. We called to report the problems and requested some recommendations for repair or replacement of these windows. We asked that someone come out and inspect the problems, stated up front that we knew the manufacturer went out of business, and they would not likely have any inventory available to replace them. Right after we said this, the lady answering the phone barked at us that the manufacture went bankrupt. We reminded her that we just told her that, did not understand why she was upset with us, that we just wanted some ideas on repair or replacement which we knew we would have to pay for, and asked if someone could just come out and look at the windows. We left our number, Kevin returned the call several days later, said he would make some calls and get back to us, and we never heard from him again. We were repeat customers who had recommended them in the past. Never again.
