If you have a problem (no water, pump doesn't work, a leak, etc.) John West is very prompt to respond. If it is routine service (servicing a water softener, filter, acid neutralizing tank, etc.), you will have to wait and periodically remind him that you are waiting for service. Not sophisticated enough to put customers with recurring needs (servicing of softeners, acid neutralizing tanks, filters, etc.) on a service schedule and notifying them that it is time for service. Too bad - a significant missed opportunity!
