We had a sewer backup emergency on a weekend. Every plumber we called was closed. These guys showed up in an hour and did a great job.

I called Roto-Rooter to address a clogged sink and a clogged tub in the same bathroom. As both drains had clogged repeatedly over a few years despite my taking care to keep them open, I wanted a drain expert's advice on a long-term fix. The Roto-Rooter technician's only proposed solution was to snake the drains. When that didn't completely fix the tub drain, he blamed pipe corrosion for the problem, but didn't offer a possible solution. The proposed charge for the tub clog was a staggering $485 for 40 minutes of work. The proposed charge for the sink clog was $265. I declined the sink repair, and I called the office to negotiate a $200 reduction for the tub price.
