I used Connie for about 9 years and had been very pleased with her service. I think she is a very good tax person and knows her stuff. Unfortunately, over the past 3 years, her service and response time reduced tremendously. She stopped responding to email or phone calls in a timely fashion. During the 2012 tax season, I was left without knowing if she was even working on my taxes for over a month before she responded.

She is very familiar with all tax laws and codes, and has great ideas. She has great follow up, and her customer service can't be beat.
