I received a quote from them that was 3 to 4 times higher than anybody else. I did not use them if you want to spend a lot of money, than use them. OTHERWISE USE SOMEONE ELSE

Job was good, but no manager/supervisor came to do a final walkthrough this time. (We used Ricci previously, and there was a walkthrough. We sense that there may be a change in management--not necessarily better or worse, but different.
