Someone from Shorb came out to look at the front yard -- where we wanted a significant amount of work done -- hardscaping, lights along the walk, a hand rail, a sprinkler system, and new planting. She indicated that Shorb was able to provide the services and said she'd get back to me with a proposal. Weeks later she got back to me with a proposal for about 40% of the work. When I emailed asking for for a proposal for the rest, she didn't answer. Very, very unreliable and unprofessional.
