Our Design, Home Repair and Construction contracts are structured to treat both parties as fairly as possible, but there is the rare occasion when clients have not been satisfied with the terms they originally agreed to. Those two clients have listed their complaints with the BBB and we have responded accordingly. If any interested consumer has questions about those clients’ experiences we would be happy to answer them privately. We are also able to provide extensive positive references from our many happy customers.
