Logan hit the neighborhood hard, looking for cash work. This is a bunch o' Irish Boys (and it appears, cousins from Mexico), who blow some Blarney up your nose, make delivery dates they don't keep, tell you you'll get some free asphalt topping after it's done (not!) and don't answer the phone when you call. After taking your money in the summer months, they apparently disappear to Ireland for the "9 months of winter" there. The job they did was "reasonable", but far from reputable; I get the impression that cutting corners is their mantra. I'd say you can do much better if you look around, but it will probably cost you more.
