we advised them that we had a deer problem but they still planted Sedum and Hydrangea. Very quickly they were eaten by deer and their only comment was to use deer spray. I've never seen a deer repellant that actually works. No apologies. No real concern. Our cable wire was cut during installation. Not their fault. Verizon didn't mark the lawn. The contract clearly states they have no liability when lines aren't marked. They were rather matter of fact about it. No real sense of caring about the situation. Just call Verizon. They will fix it. We asked to have a soaker hose installed. They don't supply the hose. Fine. They didn't advise in advance how many feet we would need. We came up short. "Had you asked in the first place we would have told you". In short, the work itself was fine. The overall customer service left a lot to be desired.

When incorrect plant material was planted, they came and planted the correct plant and let me keep the one that was incorrectly sent and planted.
