Wow! what a transformation Davis did for our bathroom which had loose shower tiles from wear and tear and a 1970's remodel. Davis had the vision and architectural know how to bring the bathroom space to a new level of functional aesthetic and amazing space that will last decades. Starting with evaluation of a challenging space, architectural design, material selection with fixtures, lighting, safety and maintenance free focus all were accomplished on time with little disruption to family life. All the elements were dovetailed to maintain schedule. Workers were clean, professional, courteous, and maintained a clean and work area while working throughout the project. Davis had previously completed a porch and kitchen for us with equally outstanding results. Each project was preformed effortlessly and quickly. Davis has the vision to instantaneously create beautiful and unique designs from ordinary materials and spaces. I highly recommend Davis as he has done 3 projects in our house with more to follow.

Owner-architect Davis Holland Leichsenring runs a top notch operation. They did a bathroom remodel for me in early 2015. The difference between this remodel and another done years earlier by a different contractor couldn't have been more stark. Davis was involved, aware, and available throughout the project. His crew was exceptionally well trained. From the initial destructive demolition of existing structures to the painstaking finishing touches, the crew was superb. They were on time, on task, hard working without fail. They were respectful of me and the rest of my house. They cleaned their work space and tidied their materials in my garage every day. They communicated well and quickly sought counsel from Davis as situations warranted. Before signing the contract with this small business, I spoke with three other customers who had Holland Bath & Spa do reno projects for them. Their comments and recommendations were uniformly glowing and laudatory. I now count myself among Holland's happy customers and would be pleased to work with them again.
