Excellent advice and attention to detail. Steve expertly installed and demonstrated a propane gas insert on my requested schedule and temporarily provided, at no additional cost, small portable propane tanks to operate the insert until a permanent tank was installed by another company.

Steve does a great job, no doubt. And as others have said, he is worth the wait. That said, having to wait over one month for a call-back to get on his schedule is not acceptable. There is no information on his website or the outgoing phone message that he is out of business or not accepting any jobs. Whoever took over the office is doing Steve’s business’s reputation a disservice.

We have two gas log sets, one simple/traditional---the other not so much. Trouble with #2 began last year at the peak of the season & Steve worked diligently to get it to 100%, but alas it needed a part not readily available. I promised to call him after the holiday rush to finish the job, but I forgot---until the last minute THIS holiday season. He squeezed me into his schedule (at night no less) & installed a new pilot assembly. He refused to charge me, even for the part whose cost he had to eat. He knows what he's doing, he works to fit you into his schedule, he wants to get it right & he's nice to boot. If you have a fireplace problem, let him fix it!
