Family-run company is unfailingly nice and capable. We have called them for years when we had problems with any kitchen or laundry appliances, and the repair folks are straightforward and honest, often advising us not to replace our old appliances because the new ones will break more often and cost a lot more to repair.

They specialize in high-end appliances like Viking and Sub-Zero - have kept my old appliances going and prices are reasonable.

$200 bucks to have a guy come out, put his ear up to my refrigerator, and tell me that he couldn't diagnose it since it was functioning normally right that minute, though I told him that for over a week the temperature wasn't keeping up. He told me to get more data and call him back/send emails. I don't know refrigerators so I trusted him. I then proceeded to collect a lot more data and send pictures/videos, etc. In the meantime, my food is spoiling, because the refrigerator is not working, just the way I told the technician when he came out. No response. Called the office - "yeah, I'll talk to him about it tomorrow." Tomorrow comes, the next day; I keep calling back and am told they'll get back to me tomorrow. It's the end of the week and when I call they say they'll have him come out later...the FOLLOWING WEEK. In the meantime, I've talked to experts and done a ton of reading. All he needed to have done was get behind the fridge and take off the panel and felt that the compressor was burning hot, and felt that the condenser coils were cold, and he could have easily told me that the compressor was starting to fail.
