Never feel rushed with the doctor, the office is excellent at bringing you in when an urgent appointment is needed.

Dr. did arrange to see me very quickly at one time when I needed attention ASAP. However, during subsequent appointments I definitely got a "Here's your hat, what's your hurry?" feeling. I often felt her responses to my questions were kind of rote.

In addition, I have had a couple of billing issues with her office where routine office visits for which I paid a co-pay somehow were billed to my insurance in a way that no co-pay was required. My co-pay was refunded to me only after I complained; if I had not said something, it would have remained on my account as a credit. (To be fair, on the last occasion the office manager intervened and was very helpful.)

I'm sure the Dr. is very competent, but I will be looking elsewhere for a primary care physician.
