I’d purchased a futon and a mattress from this store about 20 years earlier when it was Mattress Discounters - it is now a Mattress Firm - so I chose them again this year to replace that mattress. It’s a bright, clean store, with a good selection of products. The veteran salesman I’d consulted years ago had recently retired, but another salesman listened to my preferences and guided me through selecting a new mattress, with minimal pressure and no hurry. Two men delivered it ten days later, carefully and efficiently. It appears to be very high quality, and it’s given me comfortable sleep so far.

Everything great at point of sale. Information shared, promises made. Bought $7000 mattress, plus box spring, plus mattress protector. Delivery was available with two weeks, I gave them a month. When delivery truck showed up, they had only the mattress. According to delivery man, this is not an uncommon occurrence. They'll sell you stuff that's out of stock and promise a delivery date they can't fulfill or the warehouse will simply screw up. Never again!
