Hector was very nice to work with. He handled restringing my guitar so I could sell it and his service was very quick and the price was very reasonable. He also gave me advice on the sell of the guitar. Thanks Hector

This Music & Arts store has shrunk from its formal self both literally and figuratively. Its floor space is about half what it used to be and its skeleton staff a bit grumpy--at least when we went in recently. We have bought several instruments here, guitars, drums and accessories which have been excellent, and our kids have taken lessons here. However, there was little help offered in selecting guitar strings this last visit. Even worse, identical racks of strings were variously priced and then rang up as more than even the higher of the "posted" prices. Not good. The sales person told us he'd give us the lower price, but had trouble making the transcation go through. We still didn't get the posted price, but it was close--problem was, he told us he gave it to us but didn't actually. Given a dwindling inventory, it would appear that they will probably not be around much longer--or, perhaps it's COVID impact and when supply chains rebound, maybe they'll restock.
