I have used Fyzical to orchestrate my rehab after first my right and then my left shoulder went through major reconstruction, and also to treat a vertigo problem and neck pain. Most of my care has been by Casey Miller, and there aren't enough plaudits to express my appreciation for her skills. Like all good PTs, she pushes, but no more (or less) than I've needed. Her mantra is "to the pain, not through the pain." That alone has probably saved me from further injury. Fyzical also is the only PT clinic I have found that offers a "wellness" program. For about $170 a quarter, a regular program is drawn up and you can come in as often as you want to work out on a wide variety of professional gym apparatus. If you need to step up your regimen, or step it down, a trainer will adjust it--for free. My rehab was finished months ago and I still go twice a week for workouts. The PTs, trainers, and assistants are helpful and nice, and this is not a place where everybody is looking in a mirror or flexing for others to admire. Very little spandex, almost no mirrors.
