We have a very old boiler and radiator system that continues to work well and Sierra takes great care of it. They let us know what issues there are with it and what we need to do but also tell us if we don't need to fix it.

Jim at Sierra Heating and Air Conditioning saved me from having to purchase an entirely new AC unit, when the tech from the company that sold me the heating/ac unit informed me that the repairs to the unit would cost almost the same as a new unit. Since I've had trouble with this unit from the start, I considered a new unit but wanted a different company to provide it. Checked Washington Consumers' Checkbook and asked Jim if he could give me an estimate. He came to look at my current system, did some HVAC magic, and FIXED IT for a much more reasonable cost. It's been working since. HVAC MAGIC!!!
