CRG shop in Rockville is in the same family, and provides the same high quality work with very reasonable prices. Both Silver Spring and Rockville locations are highly recommended.

Unfortunately, I had to return my car multiple times because they missed significant issues. I was told that they sent the car to a third-party for the alignment, but they didn't check the work; I took it back to them to complain about the rubbing noise, and showed them that the tire was actually closer to one side of the wheel well than the other. They ended up having to replace the axle. I also took it back a second because they needed to replace bearings. The car must have sat somewhere that allow something to stain it, and I couldn't get the stains out with a normal carwash; so I took it back for that, a third time. They were quick to admit the mistakes, and owned up to all of it, but it was inconvenient to have to return the car multiple times.

I had body work done last week. The quality of the work was fine (as it has been there in the past). BUT one part of the car that needed work was not touched. CRG said it wasn't on the repair list. The list had seven items. They were right it was not included. However, with seven items, I had assumed that it was included. There would be no reason to neglect one area. They did not go over the worklist with me to check that it included everything. They would not accept responsibility. I fault them for that.
