Nelson came in significantly under price of the other companies we considered. His crew was neat and timely, and did a beautiful job of refinishing our hardwood floors.

Highly recommended - Nelson gave us an accurate quote of the time needed and cost. He advised us on water-based or oil-based polyurethane and gave us options for the pine vs. oak floors, ultimately providing a customized approach to our (pine floored) kitchen. He just does floors - and he does them well!

In the past few years, I have renovated four different houses and used lots of different contractors for various tasks. Without question, Nelson Rivas has been my best experience. His price was very reasonable from beginning to end. He showed on time every time. The house was cleaner when he left than when he arrived. And the floors were beautiful when he finished. In fact, they were perfect. These were hardwood floors that were under carpet that had been pee'ed on repeatedly by a dog and had many stains. So there were a lot of unexpected repairs involved. Those repairs were invisible and the price was still reasonable. Recommended highly.
