Mr Perez scheduled an appointment for 11 AM to give me an estimate on a small job: staining a 13-ft handrail. He never showed up. Maybe he decided the job was too small, but he never called to cancel or explain. This behavior seems consistent with Better Business Bureau's assessment of Mr Perez; he got an "F" rating for his unauthorized use of BBB's logo. He always does a superior job. He is unfailingly neat, and all his work is excellent. He is very pleasant to work with, and discusses each job thoroughly with me first, and he is a creative problem solver. He is topnotch. I have recommended him to several friends, and they are also very pleased with his work.
