Mixed experience with this company. Had a relatively simple repair on a 6 month old guitar amplifier that involved changing and re-bias of power tubes. The person at the front desk appeared knowledgable and was forthright with expected cost. They must be a busy shop because it took them nearly 4 weeks to get it done. I could have paid an additional fee for a rush job but I opted not to. The price in total seemed a little high but they are a niche company and are local, so I am willing to support them. The repair was done well with JJ tubes and the amp has worked great since. What was the most disappointing is when I went to pick up the amplifier I noticed that it had been banged against something and there was a small dent and tear in the tolex covering on the front of the amp. It was in mint condition prior to coming in the shop. I pointed it out to the sales person and they shrugged their shoulders at me and walked away. I was able to repair it myself but it gave the impression they don't handle your stuff with care. Accidents happen and a simple apology would have probably satisfied me. Take away is they seem to do good work, they are a little expensive but questionable handling of your stuff.
