The owner of Forest Glen Pets Solutions, Pam Gallo, contracted with a local student to be my house sitter for two weeks while I was on vacation. The young woman that was my house sitter seemed to have spent a great deal of time with my dogs. My neighbors liked her. She was quiet. Unfortunately for me, my home was very dirty when I returned. The hard wood floors were filthy, the bathtub had hair in it and the bathroom sink's faucet had hair stubble around its base. What was most disturbing was the specks of magenta paint that I found on my hard wood living room floor, bathroom floor and bathroom window sill. The paint smeared when I wiped it. Fortunately, with alcohol and elbow grease, I was able to remove the smears.

Pam Gallo avoided addressing the paint issue. I believe she avoided addressing the issue because she did not want the chance of becoming liable for any permanent damage caused by the paint. Her lack of communication regarding the paint was extremely bothersome. I would have appreciated an apology.

$75./per night is a high price to pay for quality dog care that is accompanied by poor home care.
