I have taken numerous garments to be fixed over several years. The work - mostly shortening lined pants and lined dresses and skirts - has always been excellent and on time. I can’t compare prices because I don’t go anywhere else but they seem reasonable. Friendly and helpful gentleman.

Have had positive experiences, but recently less so, so am not certain if I'm going back. I had asked if a specific issue could be fixed or not, was told yes and was told if it wasn't fixed properly I could come back. Was verbally quoted $6, but he ran my card for $8. Then , when I discovered the issue wasn't fixed after trying the garment on, I went back. He/they apparently decided to correct another issue they had noticed - but not the problem I discussed and paid for. I was told when I went back that the issue could not in fact be corrected. I should have been told that at the start so that I did not need to waste time nor money.

I've been using this tailor since before he moved to the mall. He's inventive. E.g., I wanted 2 pockets on many of my shirts, and he figured a way to cut material from one tail to make a pocket over the right breast that perfectly matches the surrounding design. I always take on-line jeans, etc. to him for altering. I no longer try them on when picking up because I know it's not necessary. I vote for 2 checks. NOTE: Same as next entry!
