I would never take a pet here again. My cat actually picked up an upper respiratory infection here. They are all about up-selling tests, but the place isn't clean and they make you wait for a long time. In the end they incorrectly diagnosed my cat and made him sicker after charging me several thousand dollars in tests that the other vet said were done incorrectly and were useless.

I took my new cat there to be neutered. I had just adopted him from a shelter, so he was sick and didn't have much of an appetite. When I first walked in the to the clinic I noticed that this place had a strong smell of urine. The vet did not neuter him because he was sick, but instead gave him rabies and distemper vaccines. I didn't know it at the time, but you don't vaccinate a sick animal. The doctor also determined that my cat only liked dry food as he wasn't eating much, possibly due to either the sickness or the transition to a new home, and then sold me some dry food (FYI, my cat loves wet food). The next day the cat came down with distemper (I am not sure where he got the distemper from, he could have already had it prior to his treatment at Ambassador Animal Hospital), and I had to take him to another emergency vet hospital. I will not be taking my cat (or any other animal) there again.

Care has been good, but charges for medications are totally out of line. A real rip - off. I refused to buy there when they wanted $600 for a course of prednisone that shoould have been in the $20-30 range.
