When I called, I was told their prices had increased since the last time they came and the person I spoke with explained what it cost per window, if it had a screen, if it was a double-hung window. It was still reasonable. She scheduled me 3 weeks out and said the crew would arrive between 8-9 am. The day before they were scheduled, I got a reminder call. The 2-man crew arrived punctually at 8 am. Arnando (sp?) asked if there were any windows I didn't want cleaned, and I said the office because it would be too cumbersome to move the furniture/computers. I walked him around the house to show him all the rooms/windows the included french doors and sliding glass doors, and when we finished each floor he went around and raised all the blinds and drew the curtains, then removed all the screens and dropped them outside. One person started cleaning the outside of the windows and continued methodically around the house, while the other hosed down and cleaned the screens. While the screens were drying, they both started cleaning the windows from the inside. They then installed all the screens. All in all, it took less than 2 hours (we have a lot of windows). They were very meticulous and careful. The lady on the phone had said I didn't need to move anything before they came, but it helps if you move any clutter around the windows, which I did, especially if you have anything that might break. I looked out several windows and was going to go out to ask when they were going to put in the screens, before I realized they were already installed -- they were so clean I couldn't see them! Very happy with their work. This is the second time I've had them come, the first time was a couple of years before the pandemic so the windows were in sore need of cleaning. I will definitely call them again for the next time. I did not rate their prices as "superior" because I have no idea what other companies charge. I found them very reasonable.
