I picked this company based on checkbook rating I did not have heat for five days an when they came back the first diagnosis they did was completely wrong Tried get us to get parts we did not even need the first day for 2 hours we have to pay for and get a complete y different diagnostic when they returned not a satisfied customer at all BBC rating is B- should have checked there first

Walbert's has serviced our AC and furnaces since 1991 when they installed a new AC and furnace for our addition. We rely on them regularly and are very pleased with their service.
