Worst customer service ever experienced. They don't answer calls and if they do they drop your call or keep referring you to other techs. Their corporate office is just as shameful. No help whatsoever Would not recommend!

This rating is based on buying a "Geek Squad" membership; roughly $300 for 3 years. I used their telephone/online support to try to fix a problem with internet "Not Responding, Try Again" problems and to tell me where my data is going all-of-a-sudden. (They said it would be a couple of weeks before they could do it in-store.) They ran a bunch of standard scans to be sure I was virus-free, removed a lot of "junk" data such as browsing history and turned off most automated services, including important program update services like Windows Update (Duh!!!), which I got them to restore. I filed a review telling them they had NOT solved my problems, and they never got back to me. Since they did not specifically address my problems in the first place, it seems useless to follow up. I spent too much time with them already.

They did save a friend's computer whose data was being held hostage in a $300 money-transfer scam, but my experience has not been good.

I went in to get the hinge fixed on my laptop which had been dropped and popped loose. They stated that they would have to send it out and get it estimated for a small fee...somewhere around $34.00. I remitted the cash because I wanted it fixed so that it would not overwhelm the other side and cause breakage there as well. They called me back when my laptop was back and informed me that it'll be over $200.00!!!! Ridiculous! I said thanks, gathered my belongings and departed the store.
