Had them put a furnace and AC in one of our houses. Acceptable, even though it did not pass the city inspection for wiring and they had to return to fix. However, in our current house, I wanted to replace the humidifier attached to the furnace. Reading the instructions for the new humidifier, it was obvious whoever installed the old humidifier did not do it correctly, so I wanted A-L Heating & AC to come out and wire it correctly. The office person told me she would have the owner call me back. NO RETURN CALL; even to say, "Sorry, we don't do that". It would have taken them all of a minute or two. Too bad. Communication skills just weren't there.

All around good service. In addition to checking out my furnace, the tech initiated and filled out the paperwork for a rebate from the power company.

Furnace went out in January. Checked three places and Apple Lake won out. Cory and his help were neat and efficient. They replaced the furnace and thermostat. Decided at that time to replace the Air as it was 22 years old and was leaking. Just came out to install the outside unit and remove the old one. Again Cory and his helper were great and tested and made sure all worked. Beth the office manager filled out and sent in the rebate for excel so I didn't have to do anything. Bruce called and kept me up to date on installation times and dates. Very happy I went with them! Definitely recommend.
