Craftsman was fairly priced compared to several other bids we received. We chose them because they could complete all the work allowing us to avoid coordinating different contractors. Everyone I interacted with at Craftsman was friendly, confident in their abilities and had clearly done their research before speaking with me. When the window and siding teams arrived at our house they knew exactly what was going on and had very few questions. The window portion of our project was completed in 3 days and a couple weeks later the siding was installed which took 4 days. When Craftsman was removing the old siding they discovered that a portion of the plywood underneath was rotting due to water damage. So they let us know and then replaced it - no up charge, no negotiation. They just fixed it. I'm very happy with the quality of the work we had done. All of the materials are high quality and you can tell the project was well planned. I'll be hiring Craftsmen again.
