From the salesman who walked me through the roofing process to the roof installation crew to the gutter installation, working with Craftsmen was a great experience. The office staff kept me up to date on scheduling, products, and other details. During installation, all of my questions were answered and concerns were addressed. With new paint, plus the new roof and gutters, the house looks fantastic. I would highly recommend Craftsmen.

Craftsmen Home Improvements just finished residing our house and garage with vinyl siding. This was a really great experience. The work looks great, the crew members were easy to work with and answered all our questions. They made it simple for us. We contacted several companies and Craftsmen was the only firm to really listen to what we were saying and provide us with a quote we could live with.

It's a good company but the gutters needed two return visits. Several of the downspouts were installed without the necessary screws. One kept falling off. One leaked at the joint with the gutter when it rained. Craftsmen promptly sent someone to remedy these errors, though he showed up without a ladder the second time and I don't know if he was able to seal the leak properly. They are responsive and that's important.
