They are now called 4Front Energy. We got a cold climate heat pump installed June 2023, for heating and cooling. This was one of 4 companies from whom we got quotes. They were not the cheapest or the most expensive. They are a recommended contractor from the Center for the Energy and Environment (mncee.org). The sales process was helpful. Rhod (the salesman) was good at explaining how the technology worked, how it was different from and similar to other products we were looking at, why he recommended the size for our house that he did. He was attentive to our goals (trying to be green without breaking the bank). We had many questions during the decision-making process, and he responded to these promptly by email. The install was smooth. The guys who did the installation showed up when expected, and were efficient and as neat as one could expect given the messy nature of the work. They dug out some plants where they put the outside pad so that we could plant them somewhere else. They laid down drop cloths from our front door into the basement HVAC room so they didn't put any dirt on our floor. They explained what they were installing and why, and how the new thermostat worked. They were done in a day (8-2:30). Thanks 4Front!
