After using Standard for years at our former house. we recently built a new custom home. We called them for their semi-annual service. The service technician told us that they would have to redo some of the work done by the builder to rectify a plugged AC condensation pan and drain tube. We disagreed and went back to the AC company that installed it. The Standard technician was also had poor customer engagement. We were disappointed overall in the service.

I highly recommend this business! The servicers installed a new furnace, in a timely and efficient manner! Prices were very good, they had the furnace we wanted in stock. All workers were courteous, thorough, and easy to work with!
