The owner of this franchise nearly scalped me! I am a female with medium short hair & asked for a 1/4" trim & shape up the syle. He butchered me by taking off nearly 3" and shaving up the whole back to nearly the top of my ears! I was embarrassed to go to work the next day! I will never go back! And this was my free Veterans Day haircut!
