When I was unable to open my garage door, just prior to a snow storm, a visit from Nick was scheduled for that afternoon. He arrived on time & expertly leveraged & released the door. He identified and resolved all appropriate problems and performed repeated tests. He also performed a thorough set of maintenance checks and took the time to explain relevant parts of the door mechanism in case I had further issues. We were both entirely satisfied that all was resolved before he left. I then experience a further intermittent issue that was fixed with a quick and simple remote reset. Again, the associated calls received a swift response and expert troubleshooting help. My door system clearly had both multiple and intermittent issues, and they were efficiently identified and resolved. I most appreciated the sterling service in these difficult times.
