I had a Stihl leaf blower & bought from them a new Echo blower. They intentionally broke both blowers and told me they were not repairable and not fixable under warrantee. They said it was due to bad oil. I didn't know they caused the damage. I believed them and bought new one. The oil company picked up both blowers & showed me I had been frauded. When I wanted my money back for the purchased blower they showed me on their receipt it was not returnable which also prevented a chargeback. They turned out to be total crooks. The two original blowers were returned repaired with documentation as to the damage they caused. I am using the blowers they claimed were unrepairable.
