I tried to work with this company multiple times over several months. (There was a delay because I needed to get an approval from my homeowners association.) On most interactions I felt like I was not heard by the sales representative, and was almost begging them to sell me their products. Rep did not know if they were a certified installer of a certain brand, and suggested I call the manufacturer! Showroom personnel seemed bothered to have to answer my questions; understandable that they would want to leave - I arrived late, 5 minutes before a 3pm Friday closing (due to highway congestion as a result of an accident). Showroom hours are limited and location not convenient. Two of three employees I dealt with had a poor attitude and lacked helpfulness and responsiveness.
