Took months, and many calls & e-mails, to get job finished. Also, they have relocated to 2421 Wyandotte Rd. #D, Willow Grove, PA 19090

We had used Apple Roofing for many years. To stay ahead of any damage, we got several bids and had Apple replace our roof (flat) in 2016. There is a 10 year guarantee. Since August 2018 we have had major water leaks near the downspout (bedroom interior) and they have been out 4-5 times to fix inadequate installation. They re-did all roof seams in Dec, and we thought that finally the exterior problem was solved and we could begin interior repairs. Wrong. More leaks in Jan 2019. An inspector for the insurance company said the roof looked good, with signs of recent repairs (duh, yes) but the problems are not solved after many months and multiple repairs. I don't know if this is related to a company change of ownership in 2017 or 2018.

Workers couldn't get it right - others had to replace them. Part of the job was done badly and the foreman had the insulting nerve to tell me that it was properly done when anyone who even watches home repair TV shows could see that it WASN'T. I deducted the cost of materials from the bill and finished it correctly myself. Sloppy work- plenty of excuses - DO NOT HIRE. Use Checkbook and shop elsewhere.
