Dove installed my furnace in 2007 and a/c unit, and has been keeping me up to date since. They always go above and beyond with their maintenance and availability when there is a problem. I recommend them without reservation.

Dove is a small family owned business that has been in operation for almost 40 years, which speaks volumes for the quality of this company. Mr. Nichols, the owner, is a very honest person and was very responsive to our needs in the time of crisis. Our 4 ton gas fired rooftop package unit was condemned in May 2023 due to a hole in the heat exchanger. We asked 3 different HVAC companies to assess the situation. We eventually learned that the heating issue did not affect the A/C component. Dove was the only one who offered to make the A/C operational and at a minimal charge. The other companies said it was not possible to turn on the A/C and would not consider that option. They apparently were only interested in selling a new HVAC unit. When it came time to install a new unit in September, additional costs were involved because a crane was required to install the HVAC unit on the rooftop of our condo building. Dove provided the most reasonable estimate by far. Their estimate was $10,000 less than the next lowest competitor. On installation day, Mr. Nichols and his two helpers arrived on time and the whole operation went smoothly. We were completely satisfied with the result and highly recommend Dove. We will definitely use Dove again if the situation arises and plan to start an annual maintenance contract with them in the spring.
