I called DM Select late on a Friday evening after my heat pump outside unit stopped operating. Other companies were willing to come the next day but were charging exorbitant after-hour prices. DM Select charged normal weekday prices. My heat pump system needed replacing and DM Select had my new heat pump system installation completed by 2 pm that Monday! My thanks to Patrick for all his help and to Dan for making the Monday installation possible!

We had an Aprilaire 800 humidifier installed. They came out and evaluated the installation and gave an accurate quote at that point. The installation went well. The unit developed a water hammer due to increased pressures, not under their control. They rectified the issue without and additional cost. The technician also had detailed knowledge of the quirks with the HVAC system, which I found to be amazing since other companies and technicians did not know these details. I highly recommend them.

Wish they were more technically knowledgeable and or possibly had a HVAC designer involved. Equipment is becoming more technical and one size fits all on mechanical equipment does meet my needs.
