Bryan is awesome. Had work done. Excellent results. Very pleasant to work with and organized. Would use them again without hesitation. Highly recommend.

David explained what work needed to be done and the cost involved. He also warned me that with the bumpers on my car, there could be hidden damage you can't see until you take the bumper skin off, so another part might be needed. He also told me how long it would take to do the work. The price was fair, and about a week later, I dropped the car off for the work to be done. They actually did the job a little faster than estimated, and it looks great! They blended the new paint with the 14-year-old paint, and you can't tell anything was ever damaged. I highly recommend Beltway for your autobody needs.

I found Best Auto Body on Checkbook, based on numerous comments about how good their body work is, how responsive they are to clients, and how they finish on time or early. I selected them after my Ford Mustang GT was rear-ended. The person who hit me had State Farm Insurance (that's another story), and after two weeks of haggling, State Farm accepted responsibility and agreed to pay the claim. After I completed State Farm's repair estimate using their app, State Farm sent me a check for the estimated repairs based only on photos I submitted. But following their policy, I was allowed to take my car to any body shop of my choosing. I took my car into Best Auto Body, the right decision! Everyone at Best was polite and informative from my first meeting in their office. A day later, after they had pulled off the damaged bumper and rear panel, and assessed the full extent of the damages, they submitted a second claim to State Farm. They also did a third claim request to State Farm. In the end, the total damages paid for by State Farm amounted to more than twice their original estimate. Fortunately, Best knew how to work effectively with State Farm (and all other major car insurers, I believe). Best called me numerous times to inform me of the progress with State Farm, as well as the body work they were doing. At the same time, I took advantage of the car being in the shop, and asked for quotes on repairing and repainting the front and rear left side panels, which were not damaged in the accident. Best replied within a day with price quotes that seemed fair. I had them do that work also, at my expense. Best's body work was excellent and you cannot tell that there was any damage to the car. The paint matches perfectly. So in the end, my Mustang had almost a complete body overall, and it looks great. I am so pleased to have chosen Best Auto Body. They are the best to work with and do the best work!
