They went up on the roof to assess the crown. At no time did he attempt to up-sell the job. He was pleasant, very courteous and professional.
We scheduled the work to be done and the company was on time to do the work. Damian took pictures of the crown prior to starting the work, at different stages of repair and the completed work. We were happy with the work.
The day the work was done, there was a chance of rain. Once they finished the work, they wrapped the top of the chimney with a tarp and straps to hold it in place in case it did rain.
